Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in November, 1872, before the Court House door in Cartersville, said county, within the legal sale hours, the following property, to-wit: Lots of land Nos. 831, 832, and 896, in the 17th District and 3rd section of said county, containing each 40 acres, more or less. About 80 acres cleared and in fine state of cultivation, the balance well timbered.  The place well improved, good dwelling and out houses.  About one mile from Stilesboro depot.  Sold as the property of Archibald McDonald, deceased, for the purpose of distribution among the heirs of the said deceased.  Terms of sale cash.  This 18th Sept, 1872.
