Administrator’s Sale.

Will be sold before the Court house door in Cartersville between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May next, under an order from the Court of Ordinary, the farm owned by Allen Martin, in the 17th district of Bartow county, being the place where he lived at the time of his death, containing two hundred and one and one-half acres,  being lots Nos. 205, 206, 227, 228, and 156 and one and one–half acres of 157, all in the 17th district and 3rd section of said county, said premises having comfortable improvements with two settlements on it, and good water, being sold for the purpose of distribution among the heirs.  Terms of sale, one-half cash, and the other half payable November 1st next, without interest.  Bond for titles and deed made when purchased money is all paid.
