Death of Judge Marshall.

The friends of Mrs. J. H. Vivion will be pained to learn of the death, from apoplexy, of her only brother, Judge A. B. Marshall, at his home in Lebanon, Ky., on last Sunday, the 10th instant.

Mr. Marshall was the father of the two little boys Rees and J. V., who live with their aunt in our city.

Mrs. Vivion reached Lebanon a few hours after her brother’s death.

Mrs. Marshall, who has been spending some months with her daughter Mrs. Vivion, reached home before her son died.
