Administrator’s Sale.

Will be sold before the Court-house door in the town of Cartersville, Bartow county, Ga., on the first Tuesday in November next, 67 shares of the Capital Stock of the East Tennessee, Virginia & Georgia Railroad company.  Also, 18 ¾ shares of the Rome Railroad company, and 20 shares of the stock of the Greenville & Columbia Railroad company of South Carolina.  All of which will be sold as the property of the estate of John W. Lewis, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs of the said estate.  Terms of sale cash.

Administrator’s Sale.

Will be sold before the Court House door in the town of Camilla, in the county of Mitchell, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in December next, the plantation and lands belonging to the estate of John W. Lewis, late of the county of Bartow, but now deceased.  Said lands being on the railroad, some five miles below the town of Camilla, in said county of Mitchell, and being in the 10th dist. in said county, and composed of lots Nos. 289, 310, 313, 330 and 331, and being in all 1250 acres, more or less.  Said lands will be sold by virtue of an order of the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, for the purpose of distribution.  Terms of sale: cash.
