Whereas, the estate of Mrs. Polly Knight, late of said county, is in a state of dereliction, whereby honest creditors are likely to suffer:

These are therefore to cite and admonish all persons concerned, to be and appear at my office within the time prescribed by law, to show cause, if any they have, why the Administration of said Estate shall not be given to the Clerk of the Court, as the law directs.

Given under my hand at office, this Aug. 20, 1857.

Administrator’s Sale.

Agreeably to an order of the Ordinary of Cass county, will be sold before the Court House door in the town of Cassville, on the 1st Tuesday in March next, within the legal hours of sale—

Lot of land No. 156, in the 22nd district and 2d section of Cass county.  Sold as the property of the Estate of Polly Knight, deceased.  Terms made known on the day of sale.
