Administrator’s Sale.

By order of the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold at the Court House door in Cartersville, Bartow county, Ga., on the first Tuesday in December next, between the legal hours of sale, lots of land numbers 737, and 775 and 35 acres of number 738 and 5 acres of number 776 – in all 120 acres—in 21 District and 2 section of Bartow county. Sold as the property of James T. Kitchens, deceased, for the benefit of his heirs and creditors.  Terms of sale, one third cash and balance 12 month’s time.
