Leave To Sell Lands. John Kennedy and Ptolemy O. Brien, administrators, apply to sell the lands belonging to the estate of James Kirkpatrick. ******************** June 24, 1852 Administrator’s Sale. Agreeably to an order of the court of Ordinary for Cass county, will be sold, on the first Tuesday in August next, before the court-house door in Cassville, between the usual hours of sale, the following property , (sold as the property of James Kirkpatrick, late of Cass county, deceased,) to-wit: Lot of land No. 179, in the 4th district and 3d section; Lot No. 73, in the 21st district and 2d section; Lot No. 181, in the 4th district and 3rd section; Lot No. 143, in the 21st district, 2d section; Lot No. 144, in the 21st district and 2d section; Lot No. 142, in the 21st district and 2d section, and Lot No. 109, in the 4th district and 3d section; all in Cass county, comprising the settlement of land on which the deceased lived at the time of his death; on which there is situated a valuable tanyard, in good repair. This is a desirable settlement. Terms made known on day of sale.
