Notice is hereby given to all persons concerned that Harkis King, late of said county, departed this life testate, and B. F. Bibb, the executor named in the will of deceased, refused to qualify, and on the petition of Letitia King, the widow of said Harkis King, administration with the will annexed, on the estate of said Harkis King will be vested in the clerk of the Superior Court on his own bond on the first Monday in January, 1888, if no good cause is shown to the contrary.  Witness my official signature, this 29th November, 1887.
