To all whom it may concern:

The commissioners appointed to set apart a twelve months’ support to Mrs. V. A. Keeter, widow of J. H. Keeter and their minor children, have made their report and the same is now on file in my office. All persons concerned are hereby notified that if no good cause be shown to the contrary, the same will be allowed and made the judgment of the Court on the first Monday in November next.  This 15th September, 1887.
