Died, at her home in Roanoke, Va., February 2d, Mrs. Mary E. Jones, after a brief illness.  The funeral service took place on the afternoon of the 24th, at the First Presbyterian church, of which she was one of the oldest members.  She leaves two children, three brothers and three sisters, and many loved friends to mourn their loss.  Mrs. Jones was a sister of Mrs. J. A. Stover, of this city.
