Executor’s Sale. Georgia, Bartow County. By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary, of Morgan county, will be sold, on the first Tuesday in December next, 1877, at the court house door in said county of Bartow, between the legal hours of sale, the tract of land owned by Dr. Elijah E. Jones, deceased, late of the county of Morgan in said state, containing four hundred and forty acres (440) acres, more or less, situated near the village of Stilesboro is said county of Bartow, adjoining lands of R. Henderson, S. F. Stephens, Peter Hammond, and others, known as the Tumlin place and all in the 17th District, 3rd section of originally Cherokee, now Bartow county. To be sold in three parcels as follows: In the first parcel lots No. 902, 903, 904, except five acres—the church lot on 904—all situated on the Brandon Chapel road. In the second parcel lots No. 970, 971, 974, 975, 1043, 1046, situated immediately on what is known as the old Alabama road. In the third parcel lots No. 901, 972, lying east of the lane leading to Shelman’s.
