Georgia, Bartow County. – Levi D. Jolly, Guardian of Ann E. Jolly, Mary J. Jolly, and Zilla E. Jolly, having applied to the Court of Ordinary of said county, for a discharge from his guardianship of said Ann E., Mary J., and Zilla E. Jolly’s persons and property.  This is, therefore to cite to all persons concerned to show cause, by filing objections in my office, why the said Levi D. Jolly should not be discharged from his guardianship, and receive letters of dismission on the first Monday in April, 1870.

Given under my hand and official signature Feb’y 7th, 1870.
J. A. Howard, Ord.

[In an additional legal notice Levi D. Jolly states that he has fully administered the estate of Wm. S. Jolly.]
