Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in March, 1877, before the court house door in Cartersville, said county, between the legal hours of sale, the following property, to-wit: Lots of land Nos. 191, 200, 201, in the 16th district and 3rd section, Bartow county, containing each 160 acres, more or less.  These lots of land will be sold separately, are timbered, supposed to be valuable for iron ore, and lies near the W. & A. R. R. and Kingston depot.  Also, town lot, fronting on Bartow street, 150 feet and running back from this street 335 feet, and facing on Lee street 200 feet, and running back (297) until it intersects the corner of this line, in the town of Kingston.  Also lot fronting on Bartow street 121 feet, and fronting on Main street 350 feet.  This lot fronts the railroad square.  Also lot fronting on Main street 122 feet, on Johnson street 270 feet, fronting on Lee street 170 feet, on Johnson street 270 feet, fronting on Lee street 170 feet.  This lot is known as the old Johnson hotel lot in Kingston, Georgia.  All three of the above lots vacant, partly enclosed, and lies on the south side of the railroad.  Will be sold separately.  Also lot on the north side of the railroad in Kingston, facing Broad street 50 feet and runs back 135 feet, on which is located the Johnson Hotel in Kingston, a good, two story framed hotel, well arranged for Hotel, and conveniently located to the depot.  Sold as the property of Mark M. Johnson, deceased, for the purpose of paying debts of the deceased, and for distribution among the legatees.  Terms of sale one-half cash, the other half on credit until the first day of December next, 10 per cent interest from day of sale, with approved security.  Bond for titles given.  January 16th, 1877.
