Whereas the Estate of John M. Jackson is without Administration, the Administrator having been dismissed by this court.—These are therefore to cite and admonish all persons concerned, to be and appear at my office, on the first Monday in September next, to show cause, if any they have, why letters of Administration De Bonis Non should not be issued to the Clerk as the law directs.
