Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, Georgia, will be sold before the Court House door in Cartersville, said county, within the legal sale hours, on the first Tuesday in January, 1886, the following property, to-wit:

Lots of land numbers 1150, 1082, 1083, 1078 and 1077 and one half of 1084, containing in all 220 acres more or less, in the 17th district and 3rd section of Bartow county, Ga. About 75 acres of said land in cultivation; balance well timbered land; good ordinary improvements, out houses, etc. Said land sold as the property of the estate of David Huffman, deceased, for the payment of debts and distribution. Terms of sale, cash. This 1st December, 1885.
