Amanda Howell

Amanda Howell, of this city, a woman of ill-fame fell dead in her house Saturday, 20th instant. She was apparently in good health up to the time of her death. This sudden transition from time to eternity should be a warning to those who are following in her footsteps—in fact, to all who are unprepared to die.
