Administrator’s Sale. State of Georgia – Bartow County. By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of said County, will be sold, on the first Tuesday in March, 1889, at the court house door in said county, between the legal sale hours, the tract of land in said county, whereon Dorcas B. Hood resided at the time of her death, containing thirty-six acres more or less, adjoining lands of T. B. Akins, J. W. Hood, S. C. Hood and R. N. Kerr, the same being about one-third in cultivation and one third in an old field. There is one log tenant house and kitchen, one crib, one old stable and barn, all in bad repair; one good spring.
