Ronald Walter Henschen, 65, of 8 Townsley Drive, Cartersville, died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 1998, at Cartersville Medical Center.

He was born Sept. 13, 1933, in Cincinnati, Ohio, a son of the late Walter Edward Henschen and Luella Buettner Henschen.

He was a boilermaker for Enenfab Corp., was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during the Korean Conflict. He was of the Catholic faith, and a member of American Legion Post 0273, Moose Lodge 1145 and VFW Post 5376.

Survivors include four sisters and brothers-in-law, Beverly and Lee Anderson of Fairfield, Ohio; Carol and Stanley Heibb, Donna Randolph and Diane Henschen, all of Cincinnati; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Edward and Judith Henschen of Manchester, Ohio; and Michael and Bonnie Henschen of Cincinnati; a special friend, Carol Keller and family; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held later in Mt. Healthy, Ohio.

Parnick Jennings Funeral Home, 430 Cassville Road, and Neidhard-Hensley Funeral Home, 7401 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, Ohio, are in charge of arrangements.
