Administrator’s Sale.

Will be sold before the Court House door in the town of Cartersville, and county of Bartow, within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in August next, the following property to wit:  Lots of land No’s. 217, 179 and half of 252, half of 218, in the 5th Dist. and 3d section, and about 30 acres of fraction No. 208, 20 acres of fraction No. 209, in the 6th dist. and 3d section.  Sold as the property of the estate of Lindsey Hendrix, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.  Terms –one-third due 25th Dec., 1870, one-third due 25th December, 1871, one third due 25th December, 1872, with note and good security, and lien on the land until all the purchase money is paid.
