Died in Alabama.

Judge G. W. Hendricks has received the sad intelligence of the death of his brother, Capt. James M. Hendricks, which occurred on Wednesday, the 13 th instant, at his home near Athens, Alabama. His malady was supposed to be la grippe.

Captain Hendricks was 57 years of age. He was well known in Bartow county, being born and raised within its borders. He moved to Alabama in 1868. He was a member of the Methodist church and an upright gentleman. He leaves a wife and seven children, four sons and three daughters.
