Administrator’s Sale.

Georgia, Bartow County. – By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of said county, will be sold, on the first Tuesday in February, 1870, before the courthouse door in Cartersville, within the legal hours of sale, Lot of land No. Eight hundred and ninety-eight, (898) in the (17) seventeenth district and (3) third section, containing Forty acres, more or less; also, (200) Two hundred acres of Wild Land, lying in Jackson county in this State.  Terms made known on day of sale.
