Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, Ga. will be sold before the Court House door in Cartersville, said county, on the first Tuesday in January, next, within the legal sale hours, the following property, to-wit:

Lots of land numbers 671, 698 and the north half of 697 in the 17th district, 3rd section of said county. The whole containing 100 acres more or less; about 40 acres cleared, the balance well timbered; comfortably improved; dwelling, out houses, &c. –lying in about one and one-half miles of Euharlee post office. Sold as the property of Dora Hays, deceased, for the payment of debts and distribution. Terms cash. November 16, 1885.
