Valuable City Property For Sale.
Executor’s Sale.

By virtue of the last will and testament of Benoni T. Harrison, late of Bartow county, deceased, will be sold before the court house door, in Cartersville, said county, between the legal sale hours, on the first Tuesday in December, 1879, the tract of land in said county wherein said Benoni T. Harrison resided at the time of his death, containing 120 acres more or less; same lying within the corporate limits of Cartersville, and composed of the following lots, viz: Nos. 407, 457 and 386, in the 4th district and 3d section of said county.  Each lot will be sold separate.  A part of each lot is cleared and in cultivation.  Lot No. 457 is well improved; the other lots have no improvements.  Sold as the property of Benoni T. Harrison, deceased, for the purpose of distribution.  Terms of sale: one half cash, the balance on a credit of twelve months with interest at 8 per cent, from day of sale.  Bonds for title given.  This Oct. 25th, 1879.
