Mrs. Julia Harris, 103, died at her residence Friday following an extended illness.

Survivors include three sons, Bennie and Frank Childers both of Rome, and Riley Childers, of Akron, Ohio; one daughter, Mrs. Ada Norris; one grandson and other relatives.

The family will receive friends at the residence and the body will remain at the funeral home until 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at which time it will be taken to the church to await the funeral hour. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Gore Spring Methodist Church with the Rev. W.A. Williams officiating. Interment will be in Gore Spring Cemetery.
