Mrs. J. M. Harris.

After a long illness borne with Christian patience and resignation, Mrs. James M. Harris died on Friday last. Human skill and affection were exhausted in the effort to prolong her stay among her loved ones, without avail. She was laid away in the new cemetery on Saturday, to wait the trump. She was a good woman, and those who loved her while living do not mourn her loss as those who are without hope.

Mrs. Harris was an aunt of Mr. A. D. Gilbert of this city. She has visited here often and has friends and acquaintances who will be sorry to hear of her death, which occurred November 4th inst.
