Executor’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow County, will be sold on the first Tuesday in November 1873, before the court house door in Cartersville, in said county, between the legal hours of sale, the house and lot in Cartersville, whereon W. W. Hannon resided at the time of his death, situated on Rowland Springs street containing 2 ¼ acres of land, comfortably improved and fine well of water.  Sold as the property of W. W. Hannon, dec’d, for the purpose of distribution in accordance with his will, among the legatees.  Terms of sale—Cash.
