Administrator’s Sale.

Agreeably to an order of the Ordinary of Cass county, will be sold before the Court House door in the town of Cassville, on the 1st Tuesday in August next, within the legal hours of sale, the following property, to-wit:

The undivided third of lot of land number 200, in the 5th district and 3d section.  Also, three negroes; Sam, a man about 74 years old; Perry, a boy about 10 years old; and Hager, a girl about 14 years old.  Also, the mineral interest having been reserved at the sale of a portion of said lot.

Sold as the property of John Guyton, deceased.
