In Memory

Our Masonic Brother Lee Franklin, Adairsville, Ga., Rt. 2 passed away in the Gordon County Hospital.

Brother Lee was born 1880 in the Plainview community, where he lived most of his life and was a friend and neighbor to all who knew him. He was a member of the Plainview Baptist Church and was married to the former Mattie Stephens, who died several years ago. He is survived by two daughters and one son.

Brother Franklin was made a Master Mason in Cedar Creek Lodge but later limited to Sonora Lodge, where he was one of the eldest members at the time of his death.

We, the members of Sonora Lodge, and all Masonic Brethren who knew him, shall cherish his interest and willingness to discuss the many works of Masonry. May the Lord bless and use his family and all others who will accept and be used by him.
