Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold before the Court House door in Cartersville, said county, within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in November, 1877, the following property to wit: 156 acres more or less of lot No. 138, and also 4 acres more or less of lot No. 151, in the 6th District and 3d section of said county, about 70 acres cleared and in cultivation, the balance well timbered, comfortably improved, and two good wells of water.  Sold as the property of John M. Elrod, deceased, for the purpose of distribution.  Terms, one-third cash, balance on a credit of twelve months; bond for titles given.  This Oct. 1st, 1877.
