Notice is hereby given to all persons concerned, that on the 9th day of September 1875, Elizabeth Eaton, late of said county, departed this life intestate, and no person has applied for administration on the estate of said Elizabeth Eaton, and that in terms of law, administration will be vested in the Clerk of the Superior Court, or some other fit and proper person on the first Monday in August, 1878, unless some valid objection is made to his appointment.  Given under my hand and official signature.  This 3d day of June, 1878.
