DIED, In Cassville, on the 16th inst., after a long illness, WILLIAM EARP, aged about 63 years. ******************** May 20, 1852 Letters of Administration Wm. Earp on the estate of Williamson Earp, late of Bartow, county. ******************** December 9, 1852 Administrator’s Sale. By virtue of an order of the Ordinary of Cass county, will be sold, on the first Tuesday in February next, at Cassville, Ga. between the usual hours of sale, the following property, to-wit: One negro girl, Liza, about 8 years, and negro boy, Roe, 10 years old; also, lots of land, Nos. 288, 253 and 254, 22d district, 2d section. Sold as the property of John Vaughan, deceased. The land sold under the incumbrance of Dower. Terms on the day of sale. James Vaughan, Adm’r. |
