Notice is hereby given that after publication of this advertisement six weeks, application will be made to the Commissioner of Pensions for the issue of a Duplicate of Warrant No. __ act of March 3d, 1855, issued to Mrs. Milla Duncan, widow of John Duncan, late a private in Captain Bowin’s company, in Colonel___ regiment, in the late war with Great Britain, the same having been lost or stolen from the mails, and a caveat against its location entered in the General Land Office, dated January __ 1857.
