Executor’s Sale. By Virtue of an order from the court of ordinary of said county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in January, 1889, at the court house door in Cartersville, said county, between the legal sale hours, the tract of land in said county, whereon Pinkney G. Drummond resided at the time of his death, containing ninety acres; being lots numbers three hundred and sixty-seven (367), and half lot three hundred and sixty-eight (368), and two thirds lot number three hundred and fifty four (354), in the 17th district and 3rd section of said county. Fifty acres cleared, the balance well timbered. Well improved, good dwelling and outhouses. Small orchard, apples, peaches, etc. Fine beds of iron ore on the lands. All persons desiring to inspect the same will be shown the same at any time by the undersigned. Terms of sale cash. Sold for division. November 5th, 1888. T. M. Drummond, Executor of P. G.
