Death of Mr. W. S. Crosby.

Mr. W. S. Crosby died at his home in Atlanta on last Saturday morning after a short illness.

Mr. Crosby was formerly a resident of Cartersville, and for some time successfully operated an oil mill here. He moved to Atlanta a little over two years ago, and last spring was married in that city to Miss Rosa Wright, which was his second marriage, he having lost his first wife while a resident of this city.

Mr. Crosby was about forty-eight years old, and leaves a wife and two daughters, Mrs. Winter, of Chattanooga and Miss Edwina Crosby, of Atlanta. He was a member of the Baptist church.

His remains were brought to Cartersville Monday morning and buried at the Oak Hill cemetery, the funeral service being conducted by Dr. W. H. Patterson.
