“Over the County—Oak Grove.”

It makes our hearts throb with pulsations of sorrow to announce the death of Mr. John R. Couch, which occurred last Monday morning at 4 o’clock. Mr. Couch had been a great sufferer for more than three weeks, having taken a relapse from measles. He leaves a precious wife, a little babe, and a host of warm relatives and friends to mourn his death. Mr. Couch was at the time of his death in his 23d year; he was not a member of any church, yet his highest ambition in life was to fear his Master and do what was right. We feel it safe to say that Mr. Couch has gone to that sweet bright forever where no sorrow comes.
