It is with more than any ordinary degree of sadness that we chronicle the death of Mr. J. J. COHEN, of Rome.  He was a valuable and liberal hearted citizen, enterprising in a high degree, and always responded to the call of the poor.  He possessed a warm heart and the people of Rome will cherish his memory for a long time to come. Peace to his ashes!
