Administrator’s Sale Will be sold before the Court house door in the town of Cartersville, Bartow county, on the first Tuesday in September next, lot of land No. 289, and 60 acres off the west side of lot of land No. 290, being 220 acres more or less, known as the Upshur place, whereon V. Coffey now lives; 80 acres, more or less, known as a portion of the Vaughn place, whereon J. J. Goode now lives. All the above lands lying and being in the 22d district and second section of said county of Bartow; sold as the property of E. C. Coffey, by order of the Court of Ordinary of Pickens county, for the benefit of the creditors and heirs of said deceased. Terms cash. Wm. Mate |
