Administrator’s Sale.

Agreeably to an order issued by the Ordinary of Hall county, Ga. will be sold before the Court House door in Cartersville, Ga., within the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder on the first Tuesday in March, next,
Lots of land viz: No. 214 and 215, two thirds of No. 235, five acres more or less of No. 234—that part of said lot West of Pine Log Creek in the 6th district, 2rd section of Cherokee, now Bartow county. About seventy-five or eighty acres cleared, and twenty acres good bottom.  Ten miles from Adairsville, fifteen from Cartersville.
Sold as the property of Sevier and Elizabeth Clark, deceased, sold for distribution.
Terms of sale, one-third cash, one third first of November, next one third 1st of November 188?, with 8 per cent interest on deferred payments.  Bond for titles until purchase money is paid.  All cash if desired.
