Administrator’s Sale.

Agreeably to an order of the Ordinary of Cass county, will be sold before the court house door in Cassville on the 1st Tuesday in December next, within the usual hours of sale, the land and negroes belonging to the estate of M. M. Carswell, deceased, late of said county; the land consists of 160 acres, more or less, and adjoins the lands of Wm. Pittard, L. M. Munford and others.  Terms made known on the day of sale.
