Administrator’s Sale. There will be sold the first Tuesday in October next before the court house door in Cartersville, Ga., pursuant to an order of the Hon. W. C. Black, Ordinary of Gordon county, Ga., the following described lot in the suburbs of Adairsville, Ga., containing four acres, more or less, on which is a neat four room cottage, well and peach orchard, situated on the Calhoun public road, north of Adairsville; bounded west by W. & A. R. R. north and east by the Adairsville road and Scott lands, and south by Loudermilk lot as part of the estate of Joshua Bowdoin, deceased, for distribution among the legatees. Terms: one-fourth cash, balance due the first of January, 1887, with interest from sale of bond and for titles. If it should appear to be the interest of the estate, the final payment will be extended to the first of July, 1887.
