Killed in Paulding.

A Macon Telegraph special from Dallas, dated 28th says:

Last night about midnight, near the residence of J. B. Speares, two miles north of Dallas, in a difficulty between Joe and Tom Cooper, brothers, on one side, and Oscar and George Bone, also brothers, George Bone was shot through the head and instantly killed.

Oscar Bone was shot in the side and is thought to be mortally wounded.

The sheriff and posse are in pursuit of the Cooper brothers.  Both sides belong to prominent families in the county.
