To all whom it may concern:

The commissioners appointed to set apart a twelve months’ support for the three minor children of J. H. Benson, deceased, having made their report and the same is now on file in my office, and all persons are hereby notified that if no good cause is shown to the contrary, same will be allowed and made the judgment of the Court on the first Monday in September next.  This fifth July, 1887.
