Wilma Elaine Bell, 47, of Cedartown Highway, Rockmart, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2000. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Mrs. Bell will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
