Mrs. Beazley Dead.
Passed Away Last Week at Home, Near Stilesboro.

Mrs. Addie Stokely Beazley, wife of Mr. R. R. Beazley, passed away at her home, near Stilesboro, Monday night, 22nd ultimo.

Mrs. Beazley was a refined and much beloved lady and her death is sadly mourned by her large circle of friends.  She was a daughter of the late Judge D. V. Stokely of Acworth.  She leaves a husband and a number of step-children to mourn her loss.

The funeral took place Friday at Raccoon church and was largely attended.

A friend volunteers the following tribute to Mrs. Beazley.

“A beautiful light went out when her spirit took its flight.
“While we bow in meek submission to the Divine power, yet we deplore the loss of such a fine character called away in the prime of life, while filling such a mission in the family circle, leaving a void no one else can fill.  Possessed of indomitable energy, good judgment and quick decision, thoughtful, kind hearted and true, looking ever to the comfort of those around her.

“Her health had been failing for months, but she kept her lamp filled and burning, and was ready for the call.”
