Georgia, Bartow County. – Whereas Cephas P. Anthony, Administrator of the estate of Abel H. Anthony, deceased, represents to the court in his petition duly filed and entered upon record, that he has fully administered Abel H. Anthony’s estate.  This is therefore to cite all persons concerned, kindred and creditors, to show cause, if any they can, why said administrator should not be discharged from his administration, and receive letters of dismission, on the first Monday in September, ’71.

Given under my hand and seal of office, this 5th day of June, 1871.
J. A. Howard, Ord’y B. C.
