Dr. William ANderson

Dr. Wm. Anderson an aged gentleman, died peacefully at his home in Laurens, S. C. he will be remembered by many of our readers as a former resident of this county. He was a brother-in-law of Mrs. J. C. Young of this place, and it was only last year that he visited her family and his old friends in Bartow. He returned from Bartow to his old South Carolina home immediately after the war where in quiet enjoyment of his accumulations and in the society of his children he spent the closing days of his life. The news of his death will be received with great sadness by many who knew him and esteemed him as a Christian man and a true friend and neighbor. Peace to his ashes.
