“Adairsville.”

Our old men are swiftly passing away. Only a few weeks ago and Mr. M. B. Penn was laid to rest and on Monday at noon came the sad news that Mr. John M. Anderson was no more. Mr. Anderson health had been poor for a long time. He leaves a devoted wife and several sons and daughters to mourn his departure. Messrs. N. C. and John Anderson both of this city are his sons. The deceased was a member of the Methodist church and though it id hard to part with loved ones it is much easier to bear the affliction when we know that to them the change was sweet sleep to wake to rest and peace forever more. The interment took place at Eastview on Tuesday. To the bereaved family the deepest sympathy is extended by all.
