Clear Creek

The little son of Mr. and Mrs. Linford Abernathy of near Cartersville was buried at Macedonia last Friday.  Rev. Gip Gayton preached the funeral sermon.  It was a very sad funeral and sadder still for only a few years ago they had to give up their first little son.  We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved parents and relatives.

[NOTES: Parents are Linford Abernathy and Ethel Abernathy Moss Abernathy.  The son that died earlier was Horace Abernathy.  Both are buried at Old Macedonia Cemetery.]
