Vital Statistics To Be Sent To Ordinary

Judge G. W. Hendricks, ordinary of the county, announces that all vital statistics, involving each birth and death should be sent promptly to his office, in future, the law having been recently amended.

Judge Hendricks also calls attention to the fact that the ordinary has authority to act as guardian for all estates under $500, especially those involving minor children, who have no legal or qualified guardian.  His office also is qualified to act for idio[missing section]tics, insane persons and other [missing word] character with estates under [missing words].
