Handsome Residence for Sale.

“Sunny Side,” near Kingston, Ga., owned and formerly occupied by Rev. F. R. Goulding, containing about 156 acres of land, 60 acres cleared, a good dwelling with 10 comfortable rooms, good out-buildings, an excellent limestone spring, convenient to the dwelling.  This property adjoins the lands of W. Handsome Situation for Sale.

The subscriber offers for sale his plantation lying 1 ¾ miles north-east of Cassville, on the public road leading to Pine Log and Canton, containing about 200 acres, 90 of which are cleared—the greater part fresh and good.  There is an excellent situation for a Tanyard on the place.  On the premises is a large, well-finished Dwelling House; a new and convenient barn and stables, with other out out-buildings.  A never failing spring of excellent water is within 50 yards of the house.

I have also 4 houses and 9 or 10 acres of land in the town of Cassville for sale.
